Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm (Monday- Friday) the next working day. Any orders placed after 12:00pm we aim to dispatch within two working days. We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

When returning an item, please let us know beforehand by emailing hello@dinosfamous.com. Please include the original packing slip where possible, if you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number- otherwise we will not be able to refund you!

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Claims for damaged/ spoiled goods must be registered within 48 hours of first attempt at delivery by emailing hello@dinosfamous.com.

Please provide your order number, pictures of the products/ packaging and the best by dates. Please do not discard the products before contacting customer service.
